Our excavating team will begin working on expanding the executive parking lot of the Parx Casino® (the former Philadelphia Park Racetrack) in Bensalem, Bucks County, Pa. The renovation to the parking lot will include cut to fill, new storm piping and inlets. Bencardino and his team will also be working on creating new curbs and will be paving the parking lot.

“As an excavating contractor in Bucks County and having worked at the Parx Casino site several times before, we are happy to be working there once again,” said Louis A. Bencardino. “It’s rewarding to provide services in our own community.”

Bencardino Excavating worked on several phases of the initial building of Parx Casino in 2010 and was the excavation company chosen for the demolition of the horse barn in 2011.

The project manager on the Parx Casino venture will be Steve Borusiewicz and the foreman will be Chris Cannon.

Parx Casino® and Parx East® (adjacent property) are located 20 minutes north of Center City Philadelphia in Bucks County, Pa. The horse racetrack at Parx Casino (originally named Keystone Racetrack) been around since its opening in 1974 and the full casino has been in operation since 2009.
