JOB DESCRIPTION
Bencardino Excavating Contractors in Bensalem PA is searching for a Junior Project Manager with 3-5 years’ experience. We provide excellent fringe benefits. Roles and responsibilities as noted.
• Experience with utility projects (sanitary/storm/water), piping, site work, site utilities, and cuts/fills
• Be proficient with HCSS/Heavy Bid estimating program -- Preferable.
• Understand contractual terms and conditions.
• Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates, proposals, and change orders in a timely manner.
• Planning and creating schedules.
• Provide clear detailed quantity take offs.
• Organize sub-contractor quotations, negotiate to ensure quotes meet contract documents and initiate the issuance of proper documented purchase orders to staff support.
• Maintain relationships with sub-contractors and clients.
• Provide and maintain budgets for material and labor costing.
• Provide job cost/profit reports.
• Experience with bidding $100,000.00 to $5 million projects.
