Sitework for New Hatfield Police Station

Bencardino Contractors has completed site development services for the new Hatfield Police Station, a state-of-the-art public safety facility located along Cowpath Road in Hatfield Township, Pennsylvania.
Delivered as a prime contract, this project required close coordination with multiple contractors.
Bencardino Contractors performed sitework across the approximately 10-acre property, including:
• Complete site clearing and mass grading operations
• Installation of one underground stormwater basin and two surface basins
• Full installation of underground utilities, including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water, and fire protection systems
• Construction of retaining walls, concrete curbing, sidewalks, and asphalt paving
• Final site stabilization, fencing, and landscaping
Upon completion of sitework operations, final elements including perimeter fencing, controlled access gates, and landscaping were installed, delivering a fully prepared and secure site ready for facility operations.
From initial earthwork through final site completion, Bencardino Contractors delivered a successful project that supports a critical public safety facility for the Hatfield community.
