THE TAC-PAL LOGISTICS FACILITY
The Tac-Pal Logistics facility in Palmyra, New Jersey, is a significant redevelopment project transforming a former brownfield site into a modern logistics center. The project encompasses approximately 160 acres, previously occupied by an abandoned flea market and a former landfill. The development includes two expansive warehouse buildings, each measuring approximately 700,000 square feet, and the construction of 102 residential units across five three-story buildings.
