With the demolition of the old Desimone Suzuki at the corner of Frankford & Harbison Avenues in Philadelphia, the site was transformed into a new Dollar Tree & AutoZone center. Site construction consisted on a 27,000 cubic foot underground basin, a 4,200 square foot rain garden, along with a 12 ‘ deep storm water connection along Frankford Avenue. This was our first, hopefully of many to come, project with Mid-Atlantic Construction. With the completion of the site utilities, new concrete curbs & sidewalks and the installation of the 3,300 square yards of bituminous paving the complex was open for business.
