This large-scale project consists of the construction of a single-story, Class A warehouse and distribution facility totaling approximately 103,500 square feet, including 100,052 square feet of warehouse space and 3,500 square feet of dedicated office space.
In addition to on-site improvements, the project also includes off-site roadway and intersection upgrades along Grant Avenue, enhancing access, safety, and traffic flow for future operations.
Situated within a strategically located industrial corridor near Interstate 95 and Roosevelt Boulevard, this development is designed to support modern logistics and distribution demands in the Philadelphia market. The facility will feature multiple loading positions to accommodate high-volume freight activity.
