A Commerce job always requires demolition clearing and complete site work, including specialty items such as Belgian block curbing.

Scheduling is critical, and the bank had problems with site contractors in the past. When Adams-Bickel brought Bencardino on to do the work, our guys showed up when they were supposed to.
