New Bencardino Excavating Employees

We would like to welcome five new guys to our crew: Raphel DaSilva, Daniel Keffer, Brian Hartman, Sam Samsel, and Mike.

Also, we have five new additions to our junior crew; Ron Krajewski’s baby boy, Ron Krajewski III, Joseph DiGirolamo IV’s baby boy, Joseph DiGirolomo V, George Short’s baby boy, Taylon James Short, and Randy Fluck’s baby girl, Annabela Marie Fluck.

Daily Log Book Award – Ron Krajewski

Our staff keeps a daily log of each job, materials ordered, the weather and other details of the day. Keeping accurate records helps us conduct better business and negotiate more effectively after each job is finished. Ron Krajewski's daily log book for 2003 was impeccable.

Tickets/Paperwork Award – Mike Slow & Joe DiGirolamo

Accurate record keeping, and detailed documentation of information such as time and materials, is the lifeblood of our business. For their great attention to detail, Mike Slow and Joe DiGirolamo deserved this award.

Safety Award -- George Hislop & Ron Krajewski

Our employees know we take safety seriously. On the job, we regularly deliver safety reports to generate awareness and to remind our workers to take precautions. For their efforts to bring safety to each and every job, we commend George Hislop and Ron Krajewski.
